Information
Most orders are shipped within 1
business day from Madison, Wisconsin. Actual delivery times will vary.
We currently ship within the United
States, as well as to Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom. If
you are not located in one of these countries, we still may be able
to ship to you. Please contact us for details. We are not shipping
to all countries.
If your package is returned to us not
due to our error, for instance, if a wrong mailing address was
provided during the checkout process, we will contact you for the
correct address. We will be happy to reship your order, but
additional postage costs will apply.
If merchandise is on backorder and we
need to ship separate packages, we will pay for all postage costs.
The cost of shipping specified
applies to packages being delivered to one address. Additional
postage costs may apply if we need to ship to two or more addresses
on one order.
Shipping within the United States
Orders are shipped via the United
States Postal Service®. Depending on the
weight of your package, orders are shipped either First Class Mail®
or Priority Mail®. Delivery confirmation
is included in the cost of shipping. Shipping insurance is optional
and at your request; additional fees for insurance will apply.

First Class Mail®: On average, arrives within 2
to 5 days.
Priority Mail®: On average, arrives
within 2 to 3 days.
When you spend $50 or more on the PJ
Publications and Gifts LLC website, you will receive FREE shipping
within the United States.
This will automatically be deducted from your total at checkout.
Express Mail® is
available upon request. Please note that this service is very
expensive and additional costs will apply.
