How can I place an
order?
There are 3 easy ways to order merchandise from PJ Publications
& Gifts, LLC.
- Online: You can place your order here online
with us using your credit card on our secure checkout page. We
accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If you
prefer, you can choose to pay with your credit card or by
e-check using PayPal. Paying online is the
fastest way to order.
- By Phone: To place your
order by phone using your credit card, please call 608-332-7775.
- By Mail: If you prefer to
order by mail, we accept checks and money orders. Please send
payment with the items you would like to purchase and send to PJ Publications & Gifts, P.O. Box
45468, Madison, WI 53744-5468.
If paying with credit card:
- We do not store credit card
information.
- The name and address on your
credit card needs to match that on the Billing Information
portion of the checkout/payment page. If these do not match, we
will need additional information from you before processing your
order. This is done for your security.
If paying with check or money
order:
- Your order will ship once your personal check, either online or paper, has cleared or
money order has been verified.
When can I expect to
receive my merchandise?
Most items ship from Madison, Wisconsin, within hours of
receiving the order, or by next business day. Some
people receive their orders in as little as two to three days! All
orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service®. If
you need your order rushed, please let us
know. There is an additional charge for packages sent Express Mail®.
What is your return
and refund policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not
completely satisfied, please return your item to us within 30 days
of purchase, and we will issue a full refund for the cost of the
merchandise (minus original shipping
and handling costs). For example, if the cost of your merchandise was
$11.50 and shipping was $3.00, we will issue a refund for $11.50.
Costs to return merchandise to us is responsibility of the buyer. If you
would like to return an item please contact us for a return request
and we will provide you with our return address and weight of the
item. Postage can be purchased online via the United States Post
Office. You can even request that a postal carrier pick up the
package at your home.
If your package is returned to us not
due to our error, for instance, if a wrong mailing address was
provided during the checkout process, we will contact you for the
correct address. We will be happy to reship your order, but
additional postage costs will apply. If we are unable to contact
you, we will refund the cost of your merchandise (minus shipping and
handling costs). For example, if the cost of your merchandise was $11.50
and shipping was $3.00, we will issue a refund for $11.50.
How do you calculate
shipping charges within the United States?
We strive to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. Shipping charges are based on shipping within the United States, and your total purchase, as follows.
We use the United States Postal Service®.
Delivery confirmation is included in the cost of shipping. Shipping
insurance is optional at your request. And if you spend $50 or more with us
on any single order, your shipping is
FREE!
Please note, this free shipping promotion applies to orders shipped
within the United States.

Do you ship outside the
United States?
At this time we ship within the United States, as well as to Canada, Australia,
and Great Britain. If you are not located in one of these countries,
we still may be able to ship to you. Please contact us for details.
We are not shipping to all countries. Please
see the Shipping to Canada and Shipping to Other Countries table below for rates.
For packages being
shipped outside of the United States: We use First Class International Mail®
via the United States Postal Service®. If you would like expedited
shipping there will be an
additional charge. In these cases please contact us for details.
Our free shipping promotion does not
apply to orders shipped outside of the United States.
Any fees that your country's Customs
office may add are the responsibility of our customers.
We disclose full information on
Customs forms. We are unable to indicate that your package is a
Gift.

What else do I need to
know about your shipping policy?
If your package is returned to us not
due to our error, for instance, if a wrong mailing address was
provided during the checkout process, we will contact you for the
correct address. We will be happy to reship your order, but
additional postage costs will apply.
If merchandise is on backorder and we
need to ship separate packages, we will pay for all postage costs.
The cost of shipping specified
applies to packages being delivered to one address. Additional
postage costs may apply if we need to ship to two or more addresses
on one order.
When you can expect your package:
Please note, the following are estimates. It may take more time for
your order to arrive, depending on your location:
First Class Mail®: On average, arrives within 2
to 5 days.
Priority Mail®: On average, arrives
within 2 to 3 days.
Do you charge sales tax?
If you are a Wisconsin resident, a 5.5% sales tax charge needs
to be
added to your total. The State of Wisconsin requires us to do this.
How can I receive
FREE
shipping?
When you buy more you save more! And if
you spend $50 or more with us on your order we will give you
FREE SHIPPING!

If this is a gift for
someone, can you include a gift card?
Absolutely! We will be happy to include an attractive gift card
at no additional cost. Just let us know what you would like the card
to say.
How can I get my
discount if I have a promotional code?
If you place an order online, just enter the promo code in the
Discount Code box provided at checkout and press Update Cart. Your
discount will be automatically applied. If you place an order by mail, simply deduct the discount
from the total cost BEFORE adding shipping & handling charges, and
applicable sales tax.
Do you have a physical
storefront?
At this time we are an Internet-based company.
Do you have a privacy
policy?
Yes, we take your privacy very seriously.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information
to outside vendors.
We collect your information, including name,
mailing address, email address, and if you have provided them, a
company name and phone number, when:
- you have placed an order.
- you have requested that your order be
shipped to a different recipient.
- you have registered for a sweepstakes or
contest.
We use this data to properly fill your order
and for record keeping. We may also periodically send you
promotional materials by regular mail. If you do not want to receive
these mailings, simply contact us. We do not collect or store credit
card information.
When you visit our website, we may be able to
recognize your domain name.
Our email newsletter is sent out only to
subscribers. If you have subscribed to our newsletter and no longer
wish to receive it, please contact us. There is also an area at the
bottom of the newsletter to unsubscribe.
The linked websites on our site are those of
third parties with separate privacy policies, so we therefore have
no responsibility for their content. We do welcome feedback about
these sites.
