These lovely earrings are designed by artist Marilyn Grame.
The
earrings are sterling silver enamel. To achieve this effect,
artisans hand paint each piece using solutions containing
colored granules of glass. They then fire the pieces in a kiln,
producing a vibrant richness of color.
Each
earring (frog part) measure at about 1/2 by 3/4 inches.

These are French-hook style earrings, intended for pierced ears.
